2024 was a year where we took on some truly inspiring projects. Each one stands as a testament to our team’s exceptional capabilities and commitment to transforming spaces that matter. Whether working on high-end fit-out projects or managing large-scale construction endeavors, our aim was always to redefine what’s possible in the construction world.
As one of the Leading Contracting Companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, we were privileged to contribute to the nation’s rapidly growing landscape and economy, collaborating with prestigious names such as L’Oréal Academy, Lucid Motors, Albert Promo7, Kearney Saudi Ltd., DNV, Saudi Coffee Company, and many more. In 2024, we submitted 30 diverse projects, leaving our mark in cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Dammam, Al Ahsa, Al Ula, Khamis Mushait, and Jazan.

We’re proud to have made history by becoming the first construction company in Saudi Arabia to commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a massive leap towards a greener tomorrow. This commitment includes a pledge to reduce carbon emissions, align with global standards to combat climate change, adopt eco-friendly construction projects, and create developments that balance progress with sustainability.Sustainability is a core value that we work hard to abide by. We do our best to build projects that meet today’s needs and prepare us for a more sustainable and responsible future, something we do by embracing local content in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision.

In 2024, we were involved in numerous design-and-build projects, showcasing our versatility and skill as general and interior contracting companies in Saudi Arabia. From solutions that uplift the quality of life to cutting-edge commercial spaces that drive business growth, we’ve consistently proven our ability to deliver exceptional results.
Our commitment to excellence was reflected in our achievement of the Grade 1 Classification for contracting by the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Housing in Saudi Arabia. This recognition underscores our dedication to the highest standards in every project we take on.

We are deeply proud to share that some of our employees have been with us since the very beginning, standing by our side since we established the company in 1999.

In 2024, we grew our team by 17%, expanding to 412 exceptional professionals who bring their expertise, passion, and dedication to everything we do. Together, we’ve created an environment that fosters innovation, encourages growth, and upholds excellence.
Championing Social Responsibility, Quality, and Global Recognition
RAM’s commitment to social responsibility has always been an integral part of our DNA. We made significant strides in raising awareness for breast cancer through dedicated initiatives. Our annual blood donation initiative was a reminder of our commitment to giving back and making a difference in the lives of others. We held 1 truck for 2 days for blood donations under our building at our HQ in Riyadh, KSA. It was a great success, and our team participated in this as a support and give back to our community.
In 2024, we also achieved key memberships that further define our path forward: Green LEED, underscoring our dedication to sustainable and environmentally responsible building practices; BSCM (British Safety Council Membership), ensuring that those responsible for health and safety in our operations receive engaging, highly respected training to protect both our people and our business; and ASQ (American Society For Quality), highlighting our relentless pursuit of quality and operational excellence. These distinctions reinforce our commitment to upholding the highest standards across every aspect of our work.
Additionally, we uphold the highest health, safety, and environmental standards. With ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications, we’ve strengthened our HSE culture, ensuring the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve. These efforts align seamlessly with our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, reinforcing sustainability in all we do. Moreover, our ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems highlights our commitment to delivering excellence in every project. Also, we became ISO 27001 certified for information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection after meeting all of its vigorous clauses and aligning their security standards.
Engaging in National and Global Events
We have participated in national and global events this past year. We hosted our Annual Ramadan Iftar, bringing together our employees and partners in the spirit of unity. Plus, our participation in INDEX Saudi Arabia in 2024 was another highlight, where our booth attracted over 5,500 visitors from 66 countries, a true reflection of our growing reputation. We celebrated 25 years of RAM at this global event, participating with our success partners Megatech Arabia, Greenlight Solutions, Edge Modern Industrial Company, and KPS to showcase the precision and creativity behind our high-tech activations and cutting-edge solutions. Visitors also discovered RAM’s transformative projects through our VR room and AI photo booth.
We also celebrated important cultural and national occasions, such as the 94th Saudi National Day and KSA Founding Day, reinforcing our connection to the community and our pride in the country’s rich heritage.

In 2024, we celebrated 25 years in the market, and we will continue to lead the way in interior contracting, constantly pushing boundaries, embracing innovation, and ensuring that each project reflects the highest quality and sustainability standards.
